I built a Retool dashboard to identify and analyze missing healthcare encounters between EHR and imported data.

Key Features:

• Normalized patient, provider, and date fields to generate unique encounter IDs.
• SQL and JavaScript queries to detect missing encounters and CPT mismatches.
• KPI metrics showing total, imported, and missing encounters with percentages.
• Interactive tables for detailed missing encounter records.
• Bar and pie charts to visualize issue breakdowns (CPT mismatch, incomplete data, etc.).
• Workflow automation for daily encounter checks and logging.
• Client-ready UI/UX design for clear stakeholder presentation.
